We offer two principle services for fulfilling all your kit requirements. These two routes can be used independently or simultaneously, to best suit your needs.

Logo application and artwork set up are free of charge, so you just pay the list price you see with no hidden extra charges. This is managed on a fair use basis. Customers wishing to add a significant number of complex applications to their products may be subject to a £5/unit surcharge to cover the additional production time.
Orders can also include personalisation such as names, numbers, or initials. These are charged at £5/unit and need to be submitted at the time of order.
Orders can be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or to your account manager. Please use our standard order form to submit your order to help us process it most efficiently (Click Here To Download).
You can now order all standard training items yourself online. You can even add logos for free and personalise it just how you want it. Give it a try now on any item. (please note this excludes fully customisable items - we're adding a full kit builder for you to build these soon!)
Once confirmed, standard orders will be delivered in 7 to 10 days. For faster delivery, please enquire about our capacity for fast track. Please note fast track orders may be subject to a 20% surcharge and are subject to capacity and fabric availability.
If your order includes fully bespoke items, it will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. Fully bespoke items can be identified by their product code prefix (OS- rather than EF-).
Online Order Portal
We're delighted to offer complimentary online order portals to customers who want convenience of ordering from a standardised product range on a regular basis. Order portals are particularly well suited to schools, clubs, and universities, who might have many different individuals who would like to place orders.
To set up a complimentary order portal for your organisation, simply email email@example.com with some basic information about your organisation (name, contact, logos, products you'd like to include) and our friendly sales team will be thrilled to help. We are normally able to set up order portals within 24 hours. You'll get a lookbook to approve before your portal goes live, so you know exactly what your kit will look like before anyone orders it.
Orders placed on an order portal can be delivered to individuals home addresses, and normally arrive within 7 to 10 days. All items are custom made.
Items ordered on an order portal are eligible for our industry leading returns policy, with 30 day returns on all items, even if they have been personalised with logos.
The only exception to this is garments which have had a name, number, or initial applied, as we are unable to resell them. Such items are still replaced free of charge if they are faulty.
The available product range for an Omnitau online order portal is any of our standard products (those with an EF- prefix to their product code). Due to the complexities of producing fully bespoke garments, we ask that they are ordered by email rather than through an order portal.
