Artwork & Bespoke Product Guidelines

Guidelines For Supplying Artwork To Omnitau

Omnitau is pleased to offer flexibility with the artwork we're willing to accept and take a can do attitude to artwork submissions.

We do not charge artwork processing fees, including for digitisation, redrawing logos, and reformatting. We find this is a quality of life enhancement which our customers love, saving them money and time.

For the best results, we recommend supplying us with your full brand guidelines, including Pantone and/or CMYK references for all colours contained. If these aren't available, we'll do our best and use whatever artwork you can provide, but we'll use our standard Omnitau colours or the best match we can extract from the files you provide. These may differ from those you may have had from a previous supplier.

If you receive a lookbook, we will always provide a digital sample swatch for you to approve within your lookbook, including the size and application method for your artwork. If you submit your order online, we won't share a lookbook but we will send you a digital proof via email to approve.

If you require a physical swatch or sample to approve, please let us know. This can be arranged for £30 fee.

If we have any questions or problems with your artwork, we'll let you know straight away.

To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, please help us resolve any queries and approve your order as quickly as possible. We can only begin production of your order once every element has been approved.

Guidelines For And Information About Fully Bespoke Products

Fully bespoke orders are those which have the product code prefix of OS- (rather than EF- for all other Omnitau Team Sports products). The product name will usually also include the words "fully bespoke"

These are items which are completely customised to your specification, rather than simply including branding on a standard Omnitau Team Sports product, and are therefore more complex products for us to design, manufacture and deliver.

Order Approval

The order will not be processed into the relevant factory until all artwork has been approved by you. This must be done via email - we can't accept approvals by phone or instant message.

Lead Time

The time for your order to be delivered starts when your order is approved, rather than when it is first placed with us. We therefore encourage you to proactively approve and respond to queries about your order so we can get it delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Our industry beating lead time on fully bespoke orders is 4 to 6 weeks, rather than our standard lead time of 7 to 10 days. This is due to the added complexity of producing fully bespoke products for our factories.

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as we can, and we will always work on a best effort basis to meet a specific order deadline. However we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order and time shall never be the essence of any contract of sale we enter into. We therefore encourage you to order in plenty of time if you need your products delivered for a certain date.

Minimum Order

Our standard order is for 10 units, per product, per order. This can be broken down across sizes.

An exception to this is goalkeeper kits, which can be ordered in individual units.

Colour Matching & Reproduction

Omnitau will always work to provide as high quality and consistent colours as possible, between different fabrics and different orders.

Colour reproduction is extremely sensitive to temperature and humidity. All Omnitau production facilities are temperature and humidity controlled through HVAC systems to minimise variation. Due to the large spaces being climate controlled, these systems are naturally fallible, especially on extremely hot or cold days. Omnitau therefore ask for your understanding that exceptionally minor variations can occur between different production batches of garments. These are much smaller in Omnitau garments than other manufacturers, who do not routinely operate climate control within their facilities.
