How Should I Wash My Omnitau Garment?
For best results, cleanest wear, and longest garment life, we recommend that you always turn inside out and machine wash at 30 degrees.
Wash dark colours separately from light colours.
We advise the use of non-biological agents for the softest feel against your skin, although using biological agents can be useful for providing the most thorough wash possible.
How Can I Dry It Once I've Washed It?
We recommend air drying all Omnitau products. This is particularly important for jackets.
Our socks are suitable for tumble drying if you are struggling for drying space.
Do I Need To Dry Clean Anything?
No, every Omnitau garment can be cared for at home. You shouldn't take any product, including our jackets, for dry cleaning.

Returns & Refunds
Can I Return This Product?
You can return standard items ordered from omnitau.team for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
This policy excludes fully bespoke items and garments which have had names, numbers, or initials applied.
How Do I Make A Return?
Eligible products can be returned to us for a refund via InPost.
To start a returns process, please visit the orders section of your customer account on our website. You may need to log in to view this page. You can then request a return for the products you don't need within the relevant order page.
Once your eligible return has been approved you'll receive a code for InPost, which can be used at their large network of returns lockers nationwide. Pack your items up securely before sending them back to us. When your items come back to us, we'll refund your payment card within 5 to 7 working days. We levy a £5 deduction as a contribution towards the cost of the shipping label.
How Do I Exchange For A Different Size?
Most customers use our consistent fit to get the right size straight away. In the rare cases where you need to make a swap, we ask that you return your original size for a refund, then order your alternative size online.
What Do I Do If My Product Is Faulty?
All Omnitau products are covered by a one year warranty.
We take great care to ensure every item we send out meets our high standards. If your item is faulty, get in touch by email to hello@omnitau.co.uk with your name, order number, and the affected product, and we'll get this replaced for you straight away, within one year of your order.
